CYCLE-RE-CYCLE PART II has offered motorcycle parts and accessories to the public at reasonable prices. We have a large quantity of IN-STOCK merchandise NEW and USED. 2014 marks our 17th year on the web! Please understand that our phone line can get quite busy at times. We are working on ways to get you in touch with us easier, but for now we hope this site allows you the opportunity to order items without the need to call directly. We plan to make this site larger every week. We hope to offer not just good pricing, but quality products at a good price. Remember to check back to see what is new.

How to Use Cart will show as URL during secure server use (During Secure Checkout).

Our shopping system is very simple. Next to items that are available to buy from our web site you will see a gray button. This button will say "add to cart", "purchase", or "buy now". If you want to purchase the item click on the button and it will be added to your personal shopping cart, JUST LIKE AT THE STORE. You can go to any part of our site and continue to add to the shopping cart. When you are done shopping click the button that says "View cart/checkout" found at the bottom of most pages in the site. This will take you to inspect the cart's contents and purchase the items in your personal cart. You can also edit the cart's contents at any time by changing the quantity or adding a zero to the quantity to delete. The cart will also show you your total price with shipping. THE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ORDERED UNTIL YOU FILL OUT THE CREDIT INFORMATION. This means you can add or subtract items from your personal cart all you want with no consequences. Nothing will actually be purchased until you go to the final purchase screen. At the final purchase screen you will get your shipping info and your total price. We are here to help so if you need to, e-mail any additional info you think we will need. We want the parts we send you to fit, work, and look good on your bike.

Shipping Policy

99% of items sent on the same day or next day from the time you make your order. We ship items Tuesday through Friday. We do not ship Saturday-Monday. Please remember this if you are ordering with time limitations. If you order on Friday after 9am EST through Monday your order will not ship until Tuesday. There are times that one of the items you ordered may not be in stock. ALL of the parts listed  are re-stocked each week. This means the longest any order should take is 7 days. We stress though that we stock 98% of the content of this online catalog. We welcome you to visit our store in Indianapolis to see for yourself.

Overseas and NON-USA Shipping

When ordering from a area other than the USA or a territory outside the continental USA, shipping is an estimate when given on the online receipt. The amount could be more than it is listed due to the ever changing amount to ship outside the USA. If your amount is different than the amount shown then we will e-mail you BEFORE we ship or make charges to your credit card. A order seeming unreasonably large in quantities or suspect for any reason will not be shipped outside the country without payment up-front. We can also accept Paypal payments, Western Union wire transfer, Money orders, and CERTIFIED Bank Checks. You as the buyer are responsible for all tariff costs and or duties that are due upon arrival to your country. WE ONLY CHARGE FOR THE PARTS AND SHIPPING. Only Indiana residents pay any taxes on merchandise. All orders shipped outside the USA will be shipped using Parcel Post Air mail. We have found this to be the fastest and most inexpensive shipping method for our non-USA customers. This method can take 3 days to 2 weeks for delivery depending your country.


Some items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer for your convenience if we are out. Drop-shipped items are ALL shipped UPS Ground (USA Only). If you did not receive all of the items you ordered, look at the receipt for the words "drop-ship". This means that we felt you would get the item faster than waiting for the regular weekly re-stock. Drop-ships represent approximately 2% of shipments we make. WE ARE NOT A DROP-SHIP COMPANY. We stock most of the content of this online catalog. Special order items

A very limited amount of items from our catalog are special order items. These items will be listed as special order and will usually take 3-7 days additional to ship. Special order items can NOT be returned for any reason other than problems with the product. If a special order item has a manufacturer flaw or is defective it can only be exchanged for the same item.

US Sales (Includes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam)

We offer United Postal Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (1-3 days) on 90% of orders sent. Inside the continental US Larger or heavy items are shipped UPS Ground (Continental US only)(2-5 day delivery).

Canadian Sales

We offer US Postal Air mail (3-7 days) to Canada. Very heavy orders over (30lbs) made online may require a re-quote on shipping due to multiple boxes. Usually this means savings for you due to the high price of heavy Air mail packages. Usually it is rare to exceed this amount in a normal order. International Sales

We offer US Postal Air mail (3-10 days) to international destinations listed in the drop-down box. If your destination is not listed, we can not ship parts without mail payment or Western Union wire payment. You can also use Paypal if you have at least 5 past transactions. If any item or items from your purchase are not in stock when you make your order, we will call you to inform you and give you the chance to cancel the other items or make any adjustments to your order. WE WILL NEVER SHIP AN ORDER THAT IS NOT 100% WITHOUT CALLING OR E-MAILING YOU FIRST. If we cant contact you in 3 days we will ship the order minus the backordered item. We will hold the order until you have given us your "OK" or "CANCEL" on the missing items or item.

When you call for questions you will see WE CAN ANSWER TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. You will never call or e-mail to find the technical people "out to lunch". We know motorcycles, TRY US!

Return Policy

All items in this catalog are guaranteed to fit. We will be happy to take any item back that you are not satisfied with within 10 days of receiving the item. We DO NOT want you to be dissatisfied with ANY parts bought from us. Items must have original packaging and no signs of use to return. If you think there is a problem with a part before you mount it please call or e-mail FIRST. We are happy to answer technical questions, give advise, or to troubleshoot your problem.

Indianapolis, IN. 46201 Please include a photo copy of the sales receipt and the credit card receipt. Also please include daytime phone number and return address for your credit receipt to be sent. Exchanges will need a note to explain the exchange needed. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer (both ways) unless we were at fault.Please add a money order for 6.00 to cover return shipping (shipping from us to you) on exchanges. Heavy items may require more. Call or e-mail if you are not sure. Refunds will be for the amount of the parts only and a 20% restock fee will apply. The restocking fee will not apply on parts returned to to improper fit, damage, wrong items, or items being exchanged. Items MUST be unopened to receive credit. We recommend tracking the shipment so you now if we received it. Lost items are not our responsibility. We have an extremely low return rate due to our care in making this catalog. We strive to keep its items well presented, quality, and as described. We always welcome your feedback too, this helps us keep it that way!

Making mail order payments are easy if you use the following system. Go online and add all the items you need to a shopping cart. After you have chosen all the parts you need and they can be viewed in the cart, proceed to the checkout pages. The first page will just ask shipping type and the state you are in. The next page will have a list of the items you placed in the shopping cart along with the shipping amount. Just fill in your address and contact info and then PRINT the page. Send this printed copy along with  the correct amount in the form of a MONEY ORDER or CERTIFIED Bank Check. We do not accept personal or business checks. Your parts will ship the same or next business day that we receive payment.

Starter Warranty Policy

All starters are backed by a one year manufacturers warrantee that can be obtained through the manufacturer. Prior authorization must be obtained before return of product for warranty. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. Warranty replacement will be shipped after warranty return has been received and tested. No warranty is allowed for gear tooth failure. Warranty will be void for misdiagnosis or customer error. Rick's Motorsports Electronics, Inc. and Cycle-Re-Cycle Part II, Inc will replace any starter that fails due to manufacturer error, but can not be responsible for any other damage or labor reimbursements.
